ডেলিভারি, রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি (Delivery, Return & Refund Policy)

Color World-এ আমরা গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিই। যদি আপনি কোনো ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পান, তাহলে নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীর ভিত্তিতে আপনি তা ফেরত বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন:

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড শর্তাবলী:

• চেকিং (ঢাকার ভিতরে): অর্ডার ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার সময় ডেলিভারি পার্সনের সামনে পণ্যটি চেক করতে হবে। কোনো অবস্থাতে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছ থেকে দূরত্বে গিয়ে চেক করে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না। পার্সেল রিসিভ করার পর আনবক্সিং এর ভিডিও করে রাখবেন।

• ত্রুটি রিপোর্ট: যদি কোনো ত্রুটি পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে ভিডিওসহ আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস (Whatsapp +880 1340-455211) নম্বরে অবিলম্বে জানাতে হবে এবং পণ্যটি ডেলিভারি পার্সনের কাছেই সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ফেরত দিতে হবে।

• ঢাকার বাইরে: ঢাকার বাইরে প্রাপ্ত ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের অবহিত করতে হবে।

• পণ্যের অবস্থা: ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, ইনটেক (Intact) এবং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।

• ব্যবহৃত পণ্য: কোনো পণ্য ব্যবহার করা হলে, প্যাকেট খোলা হলে, সোয়াচ (swatch) করা হলে বা পরিবর্তন করা হলে তা ফেরত বা বিনিময়ের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

• ভুল অর্ডার: গ্রাহক যদি ভুলবশত কোনো পণ্য অর্ডার করেন, তবে সেই পণ্য ফেরত বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

• অফার ও ডিসকাউন্ট: অফার, ডিসকাউন্ট বা ডিল-এর আওতায় কেনা পণ্যগুলো বিনিময়যোগ্য (exchangeable), ফেরতযোগ্য (returnable) বা রিফান্ডযোগ্য (refundable) নয়।

• পরিবহন খরচ: বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য ফেরত বা পরিবর্তনের অনুমতি দেওয়া হলে, গ্রাহককে পুনরায় ডেলিভারি বা পরিবহন খরচ বহন করতে হবে।

• আসল চালান (Invoice): পণ্য ফেরতের সময় অবশ্যই আসল ইনভয়েস বা চালানটি সাথে দিতে হবে।

যাচাই প্রক্রিয়া (Verification Process):

প্রত্যাবর্তিত পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর, পরিদর্শন বিভাগ ১-২ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সেটি পরীক্ষা করবে। যদি আপনার দাবিটি সঠিক ও বৈধ হয়, তবে আমরা পণ্যটি পরিবর্তন করে দেব অথবা অর্থ ফেরত (Refund) প্রদান করব। দাবি বৈধ না হলে, Color World কোনো দায়বদ্ধতা গ্রহণ করবে না।

Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

At Color World, we strive to provide the best service. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return it for a replacement or refund, provided it meets the following conditions:

Return & Refund Conditions:

• Inspection (Inside Dhaka): Please check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of receiving your order. Under no circumstances should you move away from the delivery person to check the item and then request a return. After receiving the parcel, please make an unboxing video for reference.

• Immediate Reporting: If a defect is found, inform our Customer Service (Whatsapp +880 1340-455211) immediately with Video and return the item to the delivery person on the spot.

• Outside Dhaka: For damaged or incorrect products received outside Dhaka, notify us and initiate the return within three (3) days of receipt.

• Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging without any modifications.

• Used Products: Used, opened, swatched, or altered products will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

• Mistaken Orders: Requests for return or exchange due to an accidental order by the customer will not be accepted.

• Offers & Discounts: Products purchased under any Offer, Discount, or Deal period are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

• Shipping Costs: In exceptional cases where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for covering the transportation/delivery charges.

• Original Invoice: The original invoice must be included with the returned item.

Verification Process:

Once we receive the returned item, our Inspection Department will verify the issue within 1-2 business days. If the claim is valid, we will process a replacement or a refund. If the claim is found to be invalid, Color World will not be liable for any refund or exchange.
