This toner is made with 77.78% Rice Extract effective in whitening and elasticity care. The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, eliminate dead skin cells and provide luster and moisturization to rebalance dry and tired skin.

PURE & POTENT GOAMI RICE: Sourced from Yeoju, Korea, Goami rice is rich in hemicellulose and cultivated in a clean environment with abundant water and fertile soil.
PROTECTIVE BARRIER & LUSTER: Forms a protective barrier, preventing water loss and eliminating dead skin cells. Provides luster and moisturization, rejuvenating dry and tired skin for a revitalized look.

HOW TO USE:
1) Before use, shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers.
2) After cleansing, dispense on a cotton pad and wipe off or press onto dry areas.

TIPS
1) This is a dual layer toner consisting of a water layer and emulsion layer. Shake well before use.
2) Soak the toner with a cotton pad and use as a local mask on areas that need soothing.
