The gentle cleansing action of Bioderma Créaline 200ml foaming gel comes mainly from its cocoglucoside content. Cocoglucoside is a completely natural, non-ionic surfactant. When it comes into contact with water, cocoglucoside creates a light foam which is especially gentle on the skin. Even the most sensitive skin tends to tolerate this light foam well. Bioderma Créaline foaming gel also contains glyceryl oleate, which is an emulsifying agent extracted from various plant-based oils.
