TOW PHASE MAKE-UP REMOVERThe Two Phase Make-Up Remover is formulated to remove all types of eye and lip makeup, including long-wearing and waterproof formulas, in a gentle and effective manner without producing an oily residue. The moisturizing chemicals make the eyelids and lashes feel soft, smooth, and supple while also removing makeup without the need for rubbing. An additional special complementing ingredient has been added to the mix, which is known to prevent and enhance eyelash resistance against falling out when makeup is removed. Remove all parfum and parabens. To combine the two phases, give it a good shake before using. Apply a cotton pad dipped in the product on each closed eye and lip independently. For 10 to 15 seconds, softly tap the pads on your lips and eyelids. Then, remove them without rubbing.
